How to Place MetaTrader 5 Technical Indicators on MT5 Forex Trading Charts

Step 1: Open Navigator Window on FX Trading Platform

Open Navigator window as shown & illustrated below: Navigate to " View " menu (click on it), then select " MetaTrader 5 Navigator " window (click), or From Standard Toolbar click the "MetaTrader 5 Navigator" button or press keyboard short cut keys "Ctrl+N"

On MT5 Navigator window, choose 'Indicators' , (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand MT5 FX Trading indicators Menu on the Navigator Window

Expand MT5 indicator menu by clicking expand button marker (+) or doubleclick "indicators" menu, after this the MT5 button key will appear as (-) and will now display a list as shown and illustrated below.

From the Above panel you can then place any MT5 indicator you want in MetaTrader 5 chart.

Placing CCI on Chart

Step 1: Select the CCI button on the MT5 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the CCI Button Key, and click okay to place the indicator on the forex chart as shown and illustrated below:

Edit CCI FX Trading Indicator Settings

To Adjust Settings, right click on Commodity Channel Index, select properties and then edit the properties of the CCI Indicator using the pop up menu that appears & then click ok after changing the settings.

The following pop up window appears & the settings can be edited from this popup window.
