How to Place MT5 Indicators on MetaTrader 5 Gold Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window as shown below - Go to 'View' menu (then click it), then choose the ' MT5 Navigator ' window (click), or From the Standard Tool bar click the 'MetaTrader 5 Navigator' button or press keyboard shortcut key 'Ctrl+N'

On MetaTrader 5 Navigator panel, select "Technical Indicators", (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand MT5 Gold Trading Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the MT5 technical indicator pop-up menu by clicking the expand button mark (+) or double click the 'indicators' menu, after this the MT5 button key will then appear as (-) and will now display as a list as displayed below.

From Above window panel you can then add any MT5 indicator that you want in the MT5 xauusd chart.

Placing Bollinger Band

Step 1: Select the Bollinger Bands button key in MT5 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Doubleclick the Bollinger Bands Button Key, and click ok to place the technical indicator on the chart as shown below:

Edit XAUUSD Technical Indicator Settings

To Adjust the Settings, right click on Bollinger Bands, choose properties setting & then edit properties using the pop up menu that pops up and then click ok button once you have changed the setting.

Following pop-up window panel pops up & Bollinger Band settings can be edited from this pop-up panel.
