Profiles & Saving a Profile in MT4 Platform Software

In MT4 trading software, you may want to save a work-space which you've opened, especially if you have come to a tutorial site like this one which has shown you how to place indicators & open many charts and put various tools on these trading charts and you want to continue trading tomorrow from where you left of, then this saving your platform work-space tutorial will show you how to do it.

To save a work-space on MT4 trading platform you'll use the "Profiles" button, which is the fourth option on the "File" drop down menu list - this button key is illustrated below:

How to Save Work Space on the MT4 Platform

From above profile button, once you press this button, another sub-menu appears to the right like is shown above, to save your precise work-space as a profile, click "Save As" button key illustrated above & name your profile, for example you as a trader can call it "My Workspace"

Saving Workspace in the MetaTrader 4

The next time that you will login to the MetaTrader 4 trade platform and you want to load the saved "My Workspace" profile: You'll go to the File Menu>>>Then Click Profiles>>>and Then Choose "My Work Space". In the above instance this profile is already chosen and selected such as shown by the check mark/ tick mark. If you as a trader wanted to move to another saved work space or profile e.g. the one marked & tagged Swiss Franc or marked EUR in the above illustration, then you'd just click on name of the profile that you want & the load it on the MetaTrader 4 software.

Loaded workspace "My Workspace" is also displayed at the bottom center of the MetaTrader 4 software: (below $100,000 account balance trade panel window, below "Experts" tab, at the middle bottom position of MT4 software just as is shown above).

Another short-cut to load this "profiles" is using this button at the bottom-center position of MT4 trade platform as depicted below.
