Place Alligator Trading Indicator on XAUUSD Chart

How to Place Gold Trading Indicators on MT4 Gold Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open the Navigator window panel as shown below - Navigate to 'View' menu (then click it) & then choose 'Navigator' window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click the 'Navigator' button or press keyboard shortcut key 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator panel, choose "Technical Indicators", (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Gold Trading Indicator Menu on the Navigator

Expand the indicator menu by clicking the expand button key mark (+) or double-click the 'indicators' menu, after that, this button will then now appear as (-) & will now show as a list as shown below.

From Above panel you can then add any technical indicator you want on the xauusd chart.

Placing Alligator Technical Indicator

Step 1: Choose the Alligator button on MetaTrader 4 list of as illustrated on the xauusd trading example illustrated and explained below:

Step 2: Doubleclick the Alligator Button, and click ok to place the technical indicator on the chart as displayed below:

Edit Alligator Gold Technical Indicator Settings

To Adjust the Settings, right click on Trading Indicator, choose properties setting & then edit properties using the pop-up menu that pops up & then click ok button once you have changed the setting.

Following pop-up window appears & Alligator settings can be edited from this pop up window.
